Geoff Haley

Geoff Haley is
the pioneer in Project Finance and PPPs in the
UK and overseas. In 1992/93 he was adviser to
the office of the British Prime Minister John
Major. He has got specialist expertise in large
and complex projects in transportation, energy,
water treatment, healthcare and education. Mr.
Haley is Visiting Professor of Metropolitan
University, London and Visiting Lecturer
of Project Finance in University of Dundee
and City University, London.
Mr. Haley is the Founder and Chairman of the
International Project Finance Association (IPFA),
Since 1998 (originally non-executive, now
executive), which is the largest international
independent non-profit trade association for the
Project Finance industry in the world. He is
also Trustee of First Initiative Resource
Strategy and technology (FIRST), which is an
Oxford based charity organisation, since 2002,
and Non-executive Director of Quantum TM.

Subbir H Sikder

Subbir Sikder
has studied MA at International Politics &
Relation in Belgium, MBA in UK and a fellow of
the chartered Institute Management Account – UK.
Having finished his study he concentrated
working in the various development banks. Mr.
Sikder worked for Wal-Mart Group and short-timed
consultant for Next Plc UK.
Mr. Sikder sensed this present global financial
crisis much ahead then Anyone else and started
to contact with UK government agency since 2002
to set up a bank. He developed a global economic
model to overcome Global financial crisis. Mr.
Sikder took the first initiative to set this
bank and introduced some unique banking products
– Micro Banking and Hybrid Account. He has got
vast knowledge on project financing in the
power, energy and civil construction at PPP/PFI
